Pros

IRIS is super fast paced and growing really quickly, so I've had the chance to get involved in so many projects and initiatives in the time that I've been here. It expects a lot from people but gives so much back to those who work hard! I've been able to take my career to new heights and got training, investment and support along the way. Also the benefits package is fantastic.

Cons

It's busy! You have to be disciplined with your time to make sure you're getting the work-life balance you need, but they're super flexible around family and other commitments.

Friendly co-workers. Good offices, well decorated.

Cons

In my opinion the recently introduced payroll software is not user friendly and causes more issues than it solves. Poor communication and lack of support from senior management. Minimal opportunity for growth and professional development. Work/life balance is not a priority.
