I have worked for IRIS for over 10 years. It has been an amazing place to build my career. If you have the right attitude and approach the work with positivity, there is no limit to what can be achieved at IRIS. People are at the heart of our business, both our employees and our customers. We are a business full of talented people trying to the right thing. I couldn't be more proud to work for IRIS.

Cons

IRIS is extremely fast paced with multiple priorities and focuses. It can be too much for some people, personally, I usually thrive in this environment! Though sometimes it feels like we need a refocus and a streamlined priority list. This is something I know which is being worked so I'm sure will improve over time.

Iris really is an exciting place to work, its fast paced and there lots of projects and initiatives that you can get involved in. Brilliant transparency and communication from all levels of management, from the very top. You are empowered to make your own decisions and rightly so accountable to make it happen. Great people at Iris, always willing to help and support where they can.
