We’re delighted that you recognise our amazing staff that champion creating a friendly and welcoming work environment where everyone can bring their true self to work, and our fantastic offices across the globe, that are often close to city centres and have recreational spaces. Employee feedback is really important to us, and we use the Great Place to Work survey, along with our monthly employee engagement survey, to ensure that all suggestions, concerns and ideas are listened to. We’re delighted to have a Peakon Engagement score of 8.4 out of 10 in our Product department, where employees have consistently rated us highly with at least 8.9 on ‘Meaningful Work’, ‘Accomplishment’, and ‘Challenging’ as specific drivers of engagement. It’s important to us to set interesting and enjoyable work for our Product Owners and we’re sorry to hear that this wasn’t your experience. Pros

Large company with advancing technologies.

Cons

Lots of good people leaving because they're fed up. Multiple aquisitions, don't care about their employees as much as they make out they do. Pekon surveys are just tick-in-the-box exercises. Lack of progression and if you progress they don't pay you the commensurate salary.

It is important for us to nurture a #1RIS culture which aligns the acquired company’s values with IRIS ones and host a Valuing You workshop for each of our acquisitions. We’re delighted to share that looking at our last four largest acquisitions, their eNPS score on Peakon has increased since joining us by at least +15 and up to +47 eNPS. We’re super proud to run Peakon surveys, and the results of these are monitored by the executive team, senior leaders, HR and managers across IRIS family. Managers are able to respond to comments directly and we’re thrilled that managers have left more than 20,000 responses to Peakon comments in the last 12 months. We're also delighted to have Employee Voice Ambassadors to share feedback and ideas to make a real difference across IRIS. Pros

Good incentives for long standing high performers. Your colleagues will be fun and the culture is brilliant. Great opportunity pathways and promises.

Cons

Constant changes to role structure, team structure etc. School-like working structure with set lunchtimes, no rest breaks outside of lunch. Some of the managers are micro-managers.No working from home option.
