Although the environment is very sales driven more than other places the cons can outweigh this benefit

Cons

People will come and go, the company will keep you around if you're more of a personality fit than competency. The amount new hires who are there for a few weeks and then leave, or are fired is startling and you are unlikely to feel secure in your job. As always you will hear the cesspit of all kinds of rumours, gossip and constant reassurance that you will make a shed load of money in the end, dont listen to it, keep focussed and quiet- the best way to stick around.

Working in a payroll bureau is hard work, but with Iris you get the tools to do the job properly, management care about your mental health and help to ensure a healthy work home balance. Praise and compensation is given for hard work. Management encourage for processors to discuss issues personally or anonymously (peakon) any work or personal issues they have so they can assist. fi you love a demanding hardworking environment payroll processing at IRIS is the place to work
