Since working at IRIS I've been empowered to grow the team in the right way and have been fortunate enough to have onboarded more incredible colleagues. It really is fantastic to have the autonomy and ability to make change for the right reasons.

Cons

Very fast growing company - which is a good thing! However you must be able to adapt to change and be quick on your feet. The people will support you if you have the right mindset.

Pros

Our Affinity Groups provide supportive networks for colleagues and it really gives me a sense of belonging. Inclusion definitely comes from the top down and there are lots of programmes and initiatives to help you progress your career.

Cons

It's a very fast-paced workplace where no two days are the same which isn't necessarily a bad thing, But often people feel busy and overwhelmed with the workload.

The team is highly talented and knowledgeable, making for a learning working environment. The company provides substantial budgets for projects. Employees often receive stock options as an incentive to stay with the company. Senior staff members enjoy additional perks like training sessions and special events.

Cons

The work environment is highly competitive and untrustworthy. The leadership team seems primarily focused on their own financial gain. There are numerous unethical business practices in place. The HR department consistently sides with the company rather than the employees. Despite having a female CEO, the culture feels like an exclusive boys' club. Daily bullying is a common occurrence. There is no work-life balance; if you're not okay with meetings starting at 7 PM, consider looking elsewhere.
