Pros

Pay was attractive. Work schedule flexibility was attractive, as well. Cross-training to other data conversion departments relieves monotony season-to-season.

Cons

Communication between management and labor union leaders was constantly lacking. Inconsistency of management structure season-to-season.

Pros

Managers care about their employees and the job is very regimented, making it extraordinarily easy to do. Sit at the computer and enter tax documents as they have trained you. Meet quality and quantity standards and that's it.

Cons

They are as organized as they can be while still being a very large government facility. Plans and goals may change from day to day with little warning.
