Pros

stable, good benefits, and one of the few revenue positive organizations in governmentt. The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog.

Cons

well, the mandatory invasive surgery as part of new employee indoctrination is a bit rough, but trust me, you won't think anything of it later on!

Pros

Work-life balance Benefits Telework Paid time off Working with people from all over the country.

Cons

Federally mandated salary. Impersonal Still follows a rank and file mentality where lower grades, regardless of education and/or experience, are treated like they are incapable of the work. Many employees have advanced degrees and are still regarded as entry level. Micromanaging. Egos. Entitlements from employees with longevity. Outdated technology and equipment
