Pros

Very supportive team based system. Team leaders are capable at answering the most complex of questions and are quick to ask other departments if they do not know the answers. Insanely good benefits.

Cons

Sometimes getting information passed up the chain of management is hard to accomplish. Near the end of the tax season you're expected to meet herculean standards contrary to how the beginning of the season feels with little to no warning.
