need to make changes in how they do things work sporadically different seasons for years need update change. but you have a lot of employees that have been there a long time and the union that wont allow change. alot of immaturity negativity from employees that been there for long time and they have the mentality the job owes them something over you because they were there first never mind I am more qualified and more experienced
dont keep employees informed have to find someone to know stuff to figure stuff out....about who you know and its usually someone who has been there a long time who may or may not want divulge all the info
