Pros

Good benefits, pay and offered a wide range of shifts. Casual work place (perhaps too casual).

Cons

Tax examining positions are seasonal, but it's not necessarily a good job to get your foot in the door. Many people are career seasonal and don't get anything permanent until they've been working for 8 seasons are more. The work can get repetitive at times.

Pros

Gain fluency in Ebonics. The instructors actually use this African-American Vernacular English to discuss concepts in training classes. If you are not familiar with Ebonics, the instructors can be confusing while creating an environment of alienation.

Cons

Instructors with no skill or training in teaching. Managers who are very disorganized, extremely unprofessional , and abusive. (For example, shouting loudly at a new hire: "Your job is on the line.")
