Pros

I like the fact that the IRS stresses work-life balance. Also, with the benefit of working flexi-place and flexi-tours, this helps to achive this balance.

Cons

Promotions can be difficult to achive depending on the area in shich you work . I think the level of educational support and training could be improved greatly, especially for those in the IT field.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. The benefits are decent, and it's easy to take time off when you want.

Cons

The atmosphere is not enjoyable. My co-workers are significantly less professional than when I worked in the private sector. Management has very little respect for employees, and often less education.
