Telework is the best part

Cons

They have the ability to change you back to a lower job to fit the workload demand. Takes forever to move up and managers are never helpful

Good Benefits, Great PTO, and sick pay

Cons

The pay is very low, working for the government is stressful and the pay is more at fast food places. They are very unaccommodating. If you have children and have trouble with your 2-10:30 Pm schedule they won't work with you. You have to work a full year before being able to change your schedule at all. That's just not fair. Unrealistic expectations.
