Pros

This job allows me to use my detail oriented and perfectionist personality to analyze tax accounts. I enjoy always having work to do, and have really enjoyed working with some amazing people and being recognized for my hard work!

Cons

I have maxed out of my growth opportunities and would like to find something else I can grow in and use my professional skills.

Pros

Get to help taxpayers or their accountant resolve their tax issues. The work is left at the office and no one is expected to work overtime. There are many opportunities within the agency provided that you work here for at least a year to meet the "time in grade" requirement for transfers.

Cons

Steep learning curve in the beginning but the calls get easier. The computer system requires really good technical aptitude to pick up.
