Pros

It gives you a foot in the door for federal positions. It starts seasonal but you can work up to a permanent status employee and move up pay grades relatively quickly.

Cons

Seasonal work means they can cut you off at anytime without much warning. It is very hard to deal with employment that you can't plan around. But if you want a federal career, this is a great way to get started.

Pros

Paid days off, accumulate PTO every pay.

Cons

Managers have no formal training, everyone targets individuals who have exceptional skills, riun careers out of ignorance of policy. No oversite of management who create a hostile work environment. The union is unwilling to do their job.
