Pros

+ Great pay +Pension/ benefits + Flexible work schedule after first year

Cons

- Complicated tax law you must learn - Difficult to ask audit help since majority of workers telecommute and only talk through Teams. - Excessive paperwork/ protocol for audit steps is inefficient and slows down audits - Out-of-state in-person training you must go to that last a month each. - Managers manage multiple offices at once; you’ll barely see them. - some locations are really bad condition (no parking, water quality issues) -expectation to know everything once training ends
