Pros

You get time off for both annual/sick. Work schedule is flexible where you can work 4 days if you have a longer compute

Cons

So much drama, especially those who are nearing retirement. Some of the loudest people feel the need to broadcast their conversations when they are within inches of each other. Whenever someone has their friend chit chat with them, they will have conversations forever while someone is trying to get work done. Temperature regulation is bad in the building that can sometimes feel like winter. Restrooms are gross for the night shift You got some employees who think they are in charge of their unit when they barely know how to do the job they were hired for

no more than 4hrs phone time. The training is good. They give you a lot of resources to go back to. And some people don't mind helping.

Cons

very short handed so there is less help available. Some difficult personalities to work with, some teams "teamwork" is poor.
