      -in 2022 and 2023 16 hours of mandatory overtime was required for months with no communication about end dates. They made us call into their overtime hotline every two weeks on our own time to find out - Upper management is incredibly disconnected with the day to day work of the average employee. - Data entry is a dead end job. No opportunity to gain skills for internal promotion across departments.
