Cons

Five managers in the last four years. The agency focuses on recruiting Field Auditor/Collections personnel. There are no resources for other departments. Zero training.

Training programs are there for you to maintain job security and professionally grow. Many employees work here for their entire lives for good reasons. Also, bargaining unit employees are well represented by the National Treasury Employees Union (whereas accountants in the private sector don't have the option to join a union).

Cons

Bureaucratic layers inhibit throughput and resources.
