Abusive Managers and Filthy Work Environment

I have worked as a groundskeeper, a bouncer, in fast food and big box retail. I have been an hourly employee on the bottom of the totem pole, and I've been a manager responsible for hundreds of employees and millions of dollars of inventory. In all of that experience, I've never worked anywhere as bad as the IRS in Covington, KY. Filthy to the point of visible dirt on all surfaces; Ground in dirt in the ceiling and carpets that they do not address. Management does not buy your office supplies! I've never seen this before. If you need a pen to do your job, you have to buy one. Staples, ruler, tape, markers, post it notes, correction film, ALL of it. I've never seen a business that didn't provide the tools of the job to the workers. If I didn't NEED this job to pay the bills, I'd run and never look back.
