Pros

Unique workload (no cases are the same), traveling for classroom training, experiencing tax auditing, meeting people, and learning about their businesses

Cons

Lack of proper training (everything was done from a training manual); if you have a bad relationship with your On-the-Job Instructor and/or Manager, the whole experience will be unpleasant; as a federal employee, you will have to be extra cautious like openly supporting political parties and not being able to gamble anymore.
