Pros

Great place to gain valuable experience in federal contracting. There’s plenty of opportunity to learn and grow your knowledge of the FAR and the full contract lifecycle. The student loan repayment program was a major benefit—they offered up to $10,000 per year in exchange for a three-year service commitment. There’s also a good amount of flexibility in how you manage your workload, as long as you're in compliance with FAR requirements.

Cons

Following a change in administration, telework opportunities were scaled back, and management implemented closer oversight of day-to-day tasks.
