9yThank you for your feedback, we do appreciate all views and are disappointed that you did not have a good Isban experience. We are always looking for ways to improve and as an example we are working on a transformation programme to cover the spectrum of processes in our operating model. We hope this will inform improvements in all areas for Isban and to make it a better place for our people to grow and develop.
