Pay kind of stinks. Good people.

Pros

The hours. Can modify schedule and work a day and not be expected to work past an 8 hour day.

Cons

Dont want people working from home but make exceptions for some. Causes tensions. Work load can get chaotic. Cost of living pay increases not in lign with the economy.
