Being a member of the HR team I've had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of leadership and processes. One thing that stands out is the level of professionalism and fairness that the team has. All processes from Onboarding to Career Pathing are executed as if ISEC were a company of 50,000. When working at ISEC one of the many positive attributes is the fairness.
