No training, negative environment, management very unprofessional

Too many to list. The main company - based in Colorado- seemed to not have the same issues as the Boerne office. But they allow this masochistic, male dominated environment. Promotions based on being a “yes man”. Not job performance. They would talk about you to other employees (co-workers and subordinates) before speaking with you. Taking everything others said as gospel. Even when you had documented proof that you did no wrong, they would then blast you for wasting company time keeping unnecessary records. They put up a good front, but within weeks it becomes clear you’re in a mismanaged, finger-pointing place that values the good old boy system over everything. If you don’t get drunk with them, then you’re outsider.
