Pros

Currently work for the Houston branch and must say the management as much as the employees are super helpful. These guys that have been with the company for 20+ years don't mind slowing down and teaching you the fundamentals. As long as you are willing to work hard,I'd say this is a great company for everyone.

Cons

There aren't really any downsides to this job, most issues you run into can be taken care of by yourself or the management

Pros

I never liked it there when I was there from 2012 to 2014. Location was not good. Well, I have nothing good to say.

Cons

There are too many of big headed UoA graduates. It's not like they attended the Ivy League. That is their company culture.
