Pros

Some of the people are great to work with but if you don't fit in they will spit you out. It's a sink or swim type of job depending on your manager it could be a great place to work or a horrible place.

Cons

Lack of communication between managers. Never know if you're doing what's right or wrong until it's too late. Lack of knowing what their expectations are.

Pros

The thing I like most about ISEC are the people. Many are longer term employees that appreciate the culture and values that dictate our day to day actions/interactions. ISEC offers its employees opportunities for personal development, growth and has truly embraced the ideals of a learning organization. There is a strong culture of teamwork, collaboration and respect. There is great work/life balance in compared to industry standards and relocation for a project is extremely rare. I feel proud to work for a company with integrity and consistent commitment to our customers.

Cons

not many cons. ISEC is held to a higher standard than our competitors, so we have to work even harder to meet or beat expectations.
