Low pay and ask a lot of their employees. The company puts you through a trial perio before they give you a position or raise.

Provides great experience opportunities to learn finish trades. wonderful people to work with. Standard 40 hour week, rare times require longer hours.

Cons

Bonuses are not guaranteed and are lower than the industry standard. Salaries seem lower than industry standard. Remote work policy is lackluster.

Good people, interesting projects to work on, can be complex and hard at times, but there are experienced people to to mentors

Cons

Low pay, little trim for advancement, project Sanger’s are favored over estimators. Regional Managers have a hard time propelling the company into the future.
