ISO Claims Partners always encourages and welcomes employees to provide feedback on how we can continually strive to make our organization the best place to work. The leadership team encourages and embraces all feedback and ideas from its employees. We are really proud of the programs, benefits, and initiatives we have introduced to the organization which resulted specifically from employee feedback. We have also recently implemented a “Shark Tank” program that encourages ideas from employees, whether it’s to improve a process or implement a new product, in addition to our “Back of the Napkin” innovation sessions. Our HR staff always maintains an open door policy as well as proper levels of confidentiality. We are sorry to hear that anyone has had a bad experience in providing your opinion at ISO CP or with the HR department itself. We continuously strive to provide HR support and coaching to our employees to help them navigate through challenges that occur during anyone’s career. We encourage anyone who has had a poor experience to let us, or anyone in the leadership team, know so that we can ensure we are always providing the best service possible to our employees.
