Pros

- Management Team: you can see the current management team is genuinely committed to moving the company forward by implementing changes. It is clear they are trying to improve workflows, efficiency and morale. - Appreciation and Incentive Programs: The company recently rolled out new appreciation programs and incentive plans that put the focus and quality, growth and expansion. - Culture: the culture here is work hard, play hard. For some people, this is unnerving but for the majority of the employee population - it works well. They are also committed to doing fun things in the office like manicures, massages, theme days, free coffee, etc.

Cons

- Work life balance: Due to general efficiency issues, work life balance is a struggle. While it's clear changes are being implemented, they are just slow and the longer is takes the more burnout occurs. - Internal communication - Communication needs to be improved. When changes occur, the communication about the changes needs to be more thoughtful, planned and timely. - Production planning - end of month push damages morale.

Office space is new and comfortable Coworkers are friendly, knowledgeable and driven to succeed Employees have clear understanding of senior management vision and goals Training sessions, webinars, conferences are easily accessible Quarterly wraps and monthly town hall meetings to help increase visibility into what's happening in the company Tuition reimbursement Great on-boarding process

Difficult to see advancement opportunities Overtime is now only allowed with management approval. There are days when I wish I could work an extra hour or two without having to justify my time to a manager.
