      Pros

      There is absolutely nothing this company has to offer to anyone that is not a part of upper management. If you are anything less, you are a wage slave here.

      - High turnover rate - Can't get new employees through the door to fill the vast amount of open positions - Underpays their employees - Insane workload and uncaring management

      wonderful, hardworking co-workers. Remote work options

      Lack of leadership. Cronyism. Terrible life work balance. Lip service given to support workers, but atmosphere is turn and burn employees

      Sometimes they brought in snacks and you could work from home on Fridays!

      Cons

      Not a competive salary. Upper management you've never had more than pleasant small talk with doing the "we're a family!" schtick. Anonymous complaint belittled and scoffed at in an internal newsletter. Little work culture.
