      Pros

      The people are the best part of ISO Claims Partners. Management is flexible and tolerant of new ideas, especially once you've proven that you are a dedicated and hard worker. The office environment is relaxed. Despite having a staff of attorneys, the vibe isn't stuffy. We do have to work weekends sometimes, but the perks make up for it.

      Cons

      Lower pay than other businesses, however, the flexibility ISO provides more than makes up for the lower pay.

      Pros

      ISO genuinely cares about work life balance. You can't beat the flexible. New management is really trying to turn the dial creating new growth opportunities both for employees and the business. Above all the best thing about ISO are the people they are remarkable. The employees really care about the business and each other.

      Cons

      ISO is working towards bringing new technology and Efficiencies to the organization. It can be frustrating at times waiting . However, with the new VP of technology, we have seen great strides towards a more streamlined process.

      Pros

      New management has brought a new sense of purpose to the organization. Seems like the senior team is laying a groundwork for long-term growth. New financial operations manager guy is cute too.

      Cons

      Growing tired of the construction noise, but that should be over soon. Too much focus is placed on monthly goals. Hopefully that'll get better!
