      Team unity, amazing staff and fantastic managers. Flexible scheduling and a great company for work life balance and work from home benefits,

      Great place for people who want to get a taste for the insurance industry. Great benefits (401k match, salary increase yearly, bonus’ for every employee, career growth, work from home Fridays, Health, Dental and Vision insurance offered)

      Cons

      Numbers are always the main priority (like any business) but it can weigh on you if you care about quality over quantity. Some managers need additional training in management.
