Pros

The people are nice and (for the most part) easy to work with. They do fun events in the common area paired with free food and booze.

Cons

All. Politics. Promotions are based on a popularity contest and have nothing to do with how hard someone works. The people who work the least and are the most clueless about their job tasks seem to be the only ones who keep moving up in the company. The "minions" who work tirelessly do not get recognized or compensated for it. If you are lucky enough to have a boss who recognizes your hard work, then good for you. Otherwise, you will spread yourself thin for basically no reason. The main focus of the company is hitting revenue, and they want it met by any means necessary no matter how many hours you must work.

*The support staff is delightful (the underlings, if you please.) *The coffee selection in the kitchen is decent. * The former CEO had a heart & a dream that all employees believed & worked hard to make a reality out of respect & appreciation for his "Magnificent Trajectory."

Cons

*grossly understaffed. *emphasis on quantity & lack of quality. *advancement unlikely here. *popularity & who you know are your key to success here instead of hard work & loyalty. *morale is bought by free lunches & treats from Starbucks & an ice cream truck. *The current CEO speaks eloquently, but lacks the passion & vision of her predecessor.
