      Pros

      Great place for people who want to get a taste for the insurance industry. Great benefits (401k match, salary increase yearly, bonus’ for every employee, career growth, work from home Fridays, Health, Dental and Vision insurance offered)

      Cons

      Numbers are always the main priority (like any business) but it can weigh on you if you care about quality over quantity. Some managers need additional training in management.

      I idea of working as a “team” was encouraged.

      Cons

      To many cooks in the kitchen. Far to many levels of management. “Senior level” positions were very limited and revenue/pacing driven. Quarterly goals were the main priority.
