Management micromanages and sends passive aggressive messages to you when you make tiny and insignificant mistakes. They frequently had me do tasks that were outside my position and acted like it was my job. It was not and they were taking advantage of me. I wasn't getting paid to do what they requested. People have been quitting a ton and they are always understaffed somewhere because they can't keep their employees. Everyone is asked to carry a heavy load for very little pay. They act like it is every office environment because most of the employees don't know any better but it's not. It is a terrible company to work for.
