The three people who think they are “leaders” think they are running some Silicon Valley startup when it is actually a factory with cubicles. Wearing a sport coat and drinking beer during working hours does not make you a startup. It means you’re an ineffective leader who can rattle off business buzzwords with a champagne buzz.
