Interview level - Medium Salary offer - more than expected Work culture - Awesome Work life balance - awesome

Cons

When you are on client side then you have to mark different holidays acc to client. Less leaves acc to other organisations like TCs or Infosys

1. managers doesnt anything except approving timesheet 2. Doesnt have any project of their own, Only staffing. They're totally dependent on 3rd party projects. Once its over on bench.
