Would not recommend ITC Info Tech to anyone!!!!! Management and HR is deplorable!!!!! They lack massive organization, loses people’s paperwork and then asks for it again, cannot talk to anyone because of lack of response/communication. There is a huge disconnect between the contractor and them, salary compensation doesn’t meet market value, and can hardly understand the staff when speaking with them. Please research them before pursuing any possible opportunities. Lastly, everyone can do better elsewhere!!!!!

You can show up late as long as your are friends with the Manager nothing will be said.

Cons

The most unorganized place I have ever worked. You are talked down to as if you are a child. The manager is incredibly insecure and covers up his dishonesty. He will tell you one thing one minute and then tell you he didn't say it the next. He allows the lead workers to do his dirty work and then will tell you he is your 'brother ' and family secretly in his office. After he berates you in his office will give you pieces of candy at the end of the day. He literally has physically patted me on the head. They are very disruptive while you are trying to work for their own personal needs. Over 36 people have come and gone in two years. Everyone is miserable.

They have placed a fair number of people at UHG. They can go a little above the low rate typically quoted for UHG

Cons

I had a tough time understanding both the recruiter and the sure lead. Almost everyone they had at UHG is an ITC Employee from India. Don't expect much from them if you're W2 contact. They sold "long term" as a duration but when j went through on boarding at UHG, the term was only 5 months
