Pros

Quality of work is very good, freshers get to learn so much as there are not so many employees on bench, awesome campus, very good work culture

Cons

Salary is nowhere to the best, little government type work culture, salary hike is also not that good, infrastructure is poor

Pros

its good for senior employees as deadlines are far from enough time, campus is green and homely. very good company for non-IT background freshers as projects are mostly from non-programming areas

Cons

freshers need to be careful and be update with the latest technologies knowing from the market i.e competitive software companies

good campus and good junior staff

Cons

gullible and whimsical decision making MD, with nil IT background yes man culture, non performers and sycophants rewarded zero IT services background of MD and Top management team heavy politcs in top management, not focus on work or growth put politics
