Mu suggestion if you do not have other option do not join here ,If no other option then join , if joining verify my statement if found true share it for others as a good human to show the reality .

Not Fair Policy ,Discrimination Bang Office (Allowed go Home If you belongs to South India),VP s are like Normal Manager, Because they do not have Technical background. Not following Govt. Of India Guidelines for WFM as extended till 2020 year end. Other Bangalore service base companies allowing WFH wherever you face safe in India. See Ratan TATA ,see Tech mahindra TCS,Infosys.Its a sad story they are not allowing to leave Bangalore if you are from Bangalore. Worst management by CEO Sudeep Singh. Do not Idea how to apply fare policy. Lots of managers are here only working as a person who can operate to approve leaves call candidates for interviews , switch off light fan ,wash tables...that kind of mgrs here. Please let the ministry the unethical practice going hidden .
