ITCON sets itself apart from any company I've ever worked for before. It has an unparalleled commitment to the staff and it's clients. While the work environment is very fast paced, the reward is knowing that you are making a meaningful contribution on a daily basis and excellence is recognized and rewarded. The Executive Management are available to offer guidance and mentoring to all staff as well.

Cons

If you aren't ready to get in the trenches and wear multiple hats, ITCON is NOT the place for you.

High tech coffee machine makes decent coffee.

Cons

It can be 80 degrees and sunny outside but there is always a grey cloud here. Employees are not friendly and in fact anti-social. Management (ceo) is by far hostile, disrespectful, and unprofessional when it comes to treatment of it's employees. Over worked and under paid. Effort is unappreciated daily. The normal day is you come in, put on your headphones, do your work, go home. There is no culture. If you are a loner and can tolerate unnecessary aggressive management. This is the place for you.
