Toxic and abusive leadership style from the CEO. No appreciation for hard work or overtime — instead, employees are blamed and disrespected. All decisions centralized; managers have no authority. HR is ineffective and does not support employees. Culture of fear and blame. Encouragement to cut corners or lie during audits to save costs. Employees are used for their skills, then pushed out. No growth, no recognition, no respect.

The workload is mostly high, and the deadlines are usually tough. Management wants employees to work brutal and exhausting hours but won't directly say so. Instead, these fake people will lure you with the promises of bonuses and raises. In my opinion, no amount of money is worth the extra stress and poor work-life balance. Beware!
