Pros
Work from home. But they started forcing people to come in to work, as many companies did; however, that was the only benefit working for this company.
Cons
The two leaders often disagreed with each other and tasked headquarters employees differently. For example, employees would be tasked from each leader for the same project. Each lead wanted it done differently and couldn't work it out between themselves, but forced the employee to do it each of "their way" and frequently kept making unnecessary changes to deliverables just because they wanted to overwork their people. I really feel that they tried to get the most out of people the first year of employment (working often 10+ hours a day even on days off) and once people got sick of it, people left. They simply backfill the position and treat the new hire the same way. Most people can put up with it for at least six month. But this company is so bad. Never in my life I worked with a company like this who did not care at all about the employees. Use and abuse them and then when the leave, replace them. That's the cycle.
