Pros

Ok benefits, 3% 401k match which could be better since the overall company is profitable

Cons

Management starting from executive level is horrible. The turnover is horrible. Absolutely no process, no procedures. HR is horrible and a large turnover in this department as well which should be alarming to anyone. I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted career time in this place. Horrible culture and absolutely 0 values from incompetent managers.

Pros

The pay and the benefits are great. There are also SOME great people that Actually work here.

Cons

The Worst Management I have Ever worked with. Extreme disconnection from their employees wants/needs. Communication is Non-Existent. HR is an absolute Wreck. Punishment rarely occurs to the bad apples. While the hard workers get bent over. Current HR Reps are Clueless to FMLA, Vacation, Current Programs in place. Rude to talk to and make you feel like you’re the problem. NON STOP MANDATORY OVERTIME. Instead of handling the lazy workers, the entire facility gets punished. Where you’re going to end up depends entirely on your last name. There are Many other, Better, places to work.

Pros

Competitive benefits. "Team-like" environment. Lot of "Go Team, Hooray for us" type management philosophies. Modern manufacturing philosophies.

Cons

Overplayed the anti-glass ceiling management style. Quickly promoted women, minorities, to high(er) management positions. Frequently overlooked long term experience and talent, in favor of new people that look good on "paper". More than happy to go outside company to get cheaper labor.
