      Pros

      Immediate co-workers were great a lot of very intelligent, experienced people Varied job responsibilities made the work more interesting

      Cons

      A fair amount of dysfunction/poor communication and blame/responsibility shifting between departments Upper management attempting to artificially change the culture Several rounds of layoffs and "retirements" have left too few people to do the work required

      Pros

      Good pay. Good 401K and company shutdown between Christmas and New Years. Other than that nothing good to say about this company.

      Cons

      Clueless management. Management provides no support to managers. Either sink or swim. Backstabbing environment. Huge turnover in staff. Management rules by intimidation. Company constantly trying to play catch-up with competition. Not a leader but a follower.
