      Lazy people, so much easier to blame someone else for their incompetence. No one wants to even listen to another opinion. No one understands the word “teamwork”. No training….it’s sink or swim

      Cons

      Specifically for Pump Sales department. They expect a junior (first-time job) inside sales application engineeer to know product standards for different regions and make product presentations to clients within the 1st month. Colleagues turn sour when asked questions and do not have time to train. Inexperienced Manager in management and trainings, management title was only a promotion title without any MBA education background to be supported. Only real employees drive is bonus scheme. Department only consists of men.
