      Great benefits and pay/salary is very competitive in the industry

      Cons

      High turnover, multiple systems being used so extra work needs to be done to make them talk to each other, very monotonous work, VERY SLOW to adapt to hybrid/WFH schedule - management is very resistant which explains the turnover and why employees are leaving for more flexibility. Also most employees that are left are those that are "comfortable" with the company and have been there for 20+ years and they are reluctant to adapt to the tech world and new normal. Not a very innovative or open to change group of employees.
