Salary is competitive compare to other companies in Westchester county.

Cons

Benefits are mediocre. New employees get only 2 weeks vacation and 5 sick days. Admins police employees vacation time / out of office, creating a hostile environment at HQ.

Bullying management style, few opportunities for advancement or training, does not walk their talk equating to no work life balance, very long hours, constant pressure to perform, run by fear of losing job and security.

I have nothing positive to say about my experience here. Every day going to work was dreadful.

Cons

Worst company to work for, they have no morals, reason why there is such a high turnover and they are always hiring. Run as fast and far from this company, especially the accounting department. Hostile environment from management and peers.
