      Pros

      Interesting opportunities to work on innovative products. Young workforce given important tasks and responsibilities. Opportunity to travel internationally. Company will invest in innovation.

      Cons

      Difficult to see opportunities for career advancement unless you are in a specific corporate development program. Too many inexperienced upper level managers. Work life balance for some is definitely a downside.

      Great company with strong leadership. Very engaging work if you're engaged with the company. Lots of autonomy and strong focus on development for younger talent.

      Cons

      Salary structure can be a problem. Great benefits though. No perks though - strictly no-frills kind of of place to work.
